Josh is a technology leader and social entrepreneur living in Estes Park, Colorado with his family and friends. Josh provides technology and digital product leadership for organizations as a fractional CTO and technology architect. Through these efforts, Josh has helped startups and scale-ups build high-performing teams that have propelled transformational growth by creating revolutionary digital products and services. Previously, Josh built and sold an Internet Service Provider company based in Iowa City, IA. In addition to starting and growing these companies, Josh has acted as an advisor, mentor, and board member for numerous startups & entrepreneurs.

Josh's social entrepreneurship endeavors have encompassed creating and developing startup communities in the Iowa City / Cedar Rapids area and more recently in Estes Park, CO. Most notably, these efforts have consisted of the creation of several local initiatives including CoWrk, IC|CR|eatives, Iowa City Open Coffee, Estes Park Startup Meetup as well as board & committee participation with the Iowa City Area Development Group, Technology Association of Iowa, and Estes Park EDC.

In addition to raising three children with his wife Dana, Josh is an amateur ultra-endurance athlete in the cycling and ski mountaineering disciplines. He serves as head coach of the Estes Park Mountain Bike Team. Josh also creates artisan roasted coffee under the brand name Flattop Coffee Roastery.
